2. Foundation plan- sections & footing details
3. Floor plans- basement (walk-out), main flr., 2nd flr., decks & porches
4. Elevations- four sides (typical) with rendering shadow details on the front
5. Sections- cross sections (2 typical), lateral section along ridge line (as requested)
DESIGN OPTIONS:
6. Electrical & Lighting plan- standard electrical layout & lighting fixture designations for interior & exterior attached lighting
7. Details- special construction drawings, interior built-ins & fireplace elevations
8. Landscape Lighting- site layout of accent lighting on trees & natural features
ALL DRAWINGS RENDERED IN 1/4” SCALE AND 8 SETS OF PRINTS PROVIDED UPON COMPLETION OF DESIGN AGREEMENT.
